Account & Data Deletion Policy
How to request deletion of your Alpha Junior Academy account, and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
- Log in to Alpha Junior Academy on the web or in the mobile app.
- Go to Profile → Delete My Account.
- Confirm your password and a one-time verification code sent to you, tell us why you're leaving, and confirm you understand what's removed.
Can't log in (lost access, uninstalled the app, forgotten password)? Reach us via the Contact page and we'll process your deletion request manually after verifying your identity.
What happens after you request it
Your account is deactivated immediately, and you're given a 14-day grace period. If you log back in during that window, you're offered the option to restore your account with no data loss whatsoever.
If the 14 days pass without restoring, your account is permanently anonymized.

- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your password / login access
- Your active sessions, devices & passkeys
✓ Retained
- Your activity/audit history (attached to an anonymized account)
- Financial records you were involved in
- Student records & safety-related records
- Institutional records required by law
These are kept for legal, financial, and child-safety reasons and are never tied back to your deleted personal details.
